OUR HISTORY

Our company began with a small loan, a half ton truck, and some small pieces of equipment along with a lot of hard work and determination.  It was founded in May of 1991 by our current company president, Keith Higgins.  With the support of family and taking bigger and bigger steps into the asphalt paving industry, Higgins Asphalt Paving Co. went from paving and sealing small driveways, to paving and sealing commercial parking lots, and from there spring boarded to making asphalt mix and paving city streets and highways.  Today the company has dedicated crews for driveway maintenance, new asphalt pavement, and the production of asphalt mix.
